Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask ConvoStaff to delete data connected to your account or Facebook interaction.
Effective August 21, 2026Seller account deletion
Email support@convostaff.com from your account email with the workspace name and “Account deletion” in the subject. We will verify ownership before deleting the workspace and associated data.
Facebook data deletion
In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select ConvoStaff, and choose Remove. You may also email us with the Facebook Page name and your request.
When Meta sends ConvoStaff a deletion request, we revoke the connected channel where possible and return a confirmation URL and code that can be used to check the request.
What happens next
We acknowledge verified requests and normally complete deletion within 30 days. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, or legal obligations.
