These terms govern access to the ConvoStaff seller platform and its AI-assisted messaging features.

You must have authority to connect each business, Facebook Page, catalog, payment method, and customer conversation. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information and for complying with applicable commerce, privacy, messaging, and consumer laws.
AI-assisted actions
AI output can be incorrect. Sellers must review their setup, monitor replies, and take over when needed. Manual transfers, refunds, disputes, unusual discounts, and other sensitive decisions require human review.
Accounts and availability
Keep account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access. We may limit harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating use. Features can change as the pilot develops, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Content and responsibility
You retain ownership of your business content. You grant ConvoStaff permission to process it only to operate and improve the service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every AI reply or third-party integration will be error-free.
